• Repair Support for Veterinary Imaging Equipment

    When imaging equipment fails, your clinical workflow can be affected immediately. QMS Veterinary provides responsive repair support for veterinary imaging systems, helping practices and hospitals identify faults, understand repair options and reduce downtime.

    Our technical team can support a wide range of imaging equipment, from minor mechanical issues to diagnostic fault-finding and system rectification. We communicate clearly throughout the repair process, providing practical advice, estimated costs and next steps so you can make informed decisions.

    Where available, QMS may also be able to support continuity through loan equipment, replacement options or rental solutions while repairs are arranged.

    We had a problem with our Affiniti 50 ultrasound machine earlier in the year, which our regular ultrasound servicing company could not get to the bottom of. We contacted QMS, who collected the machine the very next day and supplied us with a loan machine (which they programmed to all my presets, so we were able to carry on without a problem ).

    They fixed our machine, which has worked perfectly ever since! 

    We are very happy  with the support we got from QMS, and would have no hesitation in recommending them to any one else with ultrasound issues.
