QMS were very quick at organising a repair and an identical machine so we could carry on working at the same levels with minimal disruption.

They also kept us updated and were clear in explaining their findings and analysis and were able to resolve the problem expertly.

They then delivered the repaired machine swiftly and with minimal interruption.

We can't thank QMS enough for this work and were very impressed with its delivery.
